What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and optimize HubSpot processes across marketing, ensuring effective governance Oversee lifecycle marketing and integration between HubSpot and Salesforce Support campaign setup and maintain accurate reporting for marketing initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow optimizations and tech tool support Document best practices for newly implemented marketing technologies and provide user training What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field HubSpot certification 3+ years of experience managing the HubSpot marketing automation platform 5+ years of combined experience in project lead, marketing operations, digital marketing, or related fields Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficiency in other platforms such as Monday.com and email marketing tools Experience in implementing and onboarding new tools and technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and client engagement best practices
