About the Role
In alignment with our 2025 HR strategy, the HRBP plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic HR agenda. This position is designed to synchronize HR initiatives with broader organizational goals, ensuring our people strategies are effectively integrated into business operations.
The HRBP will partner with business leaders to optimize operational effectiveness and enable scalable solutions, while strengthening the employee experience, simplifying processes, and supporting local managers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to integrate HR strategies with business objectives.
Spearhead initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Lead and manage HR programs across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, career progression, and offboarding).
Drive execution excellence in HR service delivery, ensuring compliance and pay equity.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise and HR Ops teams to support managers and employees in development and career growth.
Implement HR programs focused on performance management, leadership development, and cultural initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications a plus).
7–10 years of HR experience, with proven success in strategic partnerships, preferably in technical or global environments.
Strong expertise in employee relations and complex HR initiatives across regions.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across geographies.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
Experience working in multicultural environments with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP).
