You will perform day-to-day high-level systems engineering tasks associated with the products we support. You will develop and mentor junior team members. You will provide technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and support program efforts and proposal activities. You will interface with integrated product team leaders including software, hardware, and tests to develop and implement solutions. You will analyze system performance vs. technical requirements and research and make software/systems improvement recommendations. You will determine failure root causes and develop, design and implement solutions. You will present findings and solutions to stakeholders. You will travel up to 10% of your time to meet program requirements. Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Experience with design, development, and/or analysis of radar systems, software architecture, or related systems. Experience in Patriot operations and/or maintenance. Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced degree in EE, CE, Physics, Math, ME, or Aerospace. Experience collaborating with internal and external customers and presenting information to stakeholders. Experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems and Patriot product requirements. Experience with architecture design and requirement management using DOORS. Experience using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Knowledge of systems software design, architecture, development life cycle, and processes. What We Offer

The salary range provided is 124,000 USD – 250,000 USD and is a good faith estimate.
