IT Software Developer consultant to support various initiatives for the Case Management System (CMS) implementation which supports neighborhood and zoning violations. Initiatives aim to streamline functions, optimize service delivery, reduce administrative inefficiencies, and strengthen enforcement measures. The consultant will be responsible for enhancement development and supporting modernization efforts for this application. Responsibilities
Enhancement development and modernization of the Case Management System (CMS) application for neighborhood and zoning violations. Collaborate with county analysts and vendors to ensure integrated solutions across systems. Technical Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with C#, .NET (Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 8) for web application development. Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Web API, or equivalent frameworks. Oracle PL/SQL proficiency (packages, procedures, triggers, queries). Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including T-SQL, schema design, and optimization. Experience creating and maintaining SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Power BI reports/dashboards. DevOps experience including branching strategies, automated builds, deployments, and release management. Hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools; familiar with deploying to IIS / Azure Web Apps / containers. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and SOAP web services; ability to design, consume, and integrate web services. Additional Information
