Digital Strategy & Growth Manager (E-Commerce App)

Summary:
This role supports one of the world’s largest online stores—delivering magical, personalized digital experiences where customers can shop, buy, and learn wherever they are. As part of the Digital Experience & Expansion team, you’ll focus on driving strategy and growth for our online retail store app, our fastest-growing platform.
In this role, you’ll balance strategy, storytelling, and analysis to create and optimize innovative e-commerce experiences. From analyzing customer behavior to ideating new features and programs, you’ll help shape the future of the online shopping journey while managing day-to-day program operations and marketing activations.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze app trends and customer insights, distilling complex data into actionable narratives for executive audiences
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive app awareness and adoption
Conduct benchmarking and research to identify external inspiration and opportunities for new experiences
Represent the business and customer perspective on major projects, defining strategies for new app features
Create strategic briefs, financial cases, and presentations to communicate priorities and performance
Measure and report on program success while identifying areas for optimization
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marcom, Merchandising, and more—to support app-centric initiatives and ensure seamless execution
What You Bring:
Top 3 Must have Skills:
Strategy – Ability to create end-to-end digital customer experience strategies by leveraging insights and trends to define new app features and experiences
Storytelling – Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with mastery of Keynote to craft engaging narratives
Analysis – Strong qualitative and quantitative abilities to assess large, complex data sets and uncover actionable insights
4+ years of experience in Digital Strategy & Growth or similar
Background in global retail or e-commerce (B2C), ideally in tech;
Bonus: consulting or gifting industry experience is a plus
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau
Advanced Excel
Track record of translating complex analysis into clear insights for senior executives
Ability to operate strategically and tactically—balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail
Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to various levels of leadership
