This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA or Austin, TX. Digital Experience Strategist

Worldwide Online Planning Team This role supports a leading global e-commerce team focused on creating end-to-end digital customer experiences across web and app platforms. The strategist/program manager will drive innovation, growth initiatives, and optimization of digital touchpoints, with a strong focus on mobile app engagement and customer-centric enhancements. Summary 4+ years of experience in strategy, customer experience, or e-commerce functions Passion for retail and digital commerce with a strong foundation in strategy development, storytelling, and data-driven insights Proficient in analytics and visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel, with strong reporting and storytelling skills Familiar with growth marketing, digital product development, and customer experience methodologies Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, merchandising, and design Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities Flexible and adaptable to evolving timelines and requirements Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present to senior stakeholders Creative thinker with analytical rigor and problem-solving abilities amidst ambiguity Job Description In this role, you will develop and optimize digital strategies that improve customer experiences, particularly for mobile app platforms. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and deliver compelling presentations that inform executive decisions. This includes analyzing quantitative and qualitative insights, conducting industry benchmarking, and crafting growth marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption. You will also manage program operations, create financial business cases, measure performance, and serve as a liaison to ensure the efficient delivery of app-focused initiatives. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Background in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital experiences Experience in strategy consulting or customer experience roles preferred Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA or Austin, TX and requires a hybrid work schedule. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70.89 per hour in Cupertino and $63.43 per hour in Austin. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
