Energy Contracts Attorney

role for a nuclear energy company based in Washington, DC. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating energy-related contracts, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs), and Energy Offtake Agreements. Experience with nuclear energy is a plus. Location and Working Model
