The Catering Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of food and beverage service. This includes coordinating catering orders, overseeing daily food service operations, supporting firm events, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are delivered. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal staff, vendors, and the Striden management team. Summary

The Catering Coordinator will coordinate daily catering requests, ensure accuracy and timeliness of catering deliveries, maintain catering supplies and inventory, and oversee proper food presentation and service. Responsibilities

Coordinate daily catering requests, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup of meals, snacks, and refreshments. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of catering deliveries from external vendors. Maintain catering supplies, inventory, and kitchen/pantry organization. Oversee proper food presentation and service in alignment with standards. Provide catering and hospitality support for meetings, conferences, and firmwide events. Assist with planning menus, coordinating vendor deliveries, and arranging logistics for events. Serve as on-site point of contact during events, ensuring seamless execution. Liaise with catering vendors to confirm orders, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence. Partner with the onsite Striden facilities team to support broader office services as needed. Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards in food service areas. Proactively recommend improvements to enhance the employee and client hospitality experience. Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
