Open Rank - Academic Cardio-Oncologist/General Cardiologist (Finance) In partnership with H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, the Division of Cardiovascular Sciences, Section of Cardio-Oncology is seeking an academic non-invasive general cardiologist for a full-time position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor rank. This is a 12-month salaried faculty appointment with attending staff privileges at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa General Hospital, and affiliated hospitals. Appointment at the rank of Associate Professor requires at least five years of productive service at the Assistant Professor level, and Full Professor requires at least five years at the Associate Professor level. Recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum Qualifications:

Doctoral/Medical degree from an accredited institution with a record of achievement in teaching, research, and service. Meet university criteria for appointment at the desired rank. For higher ranks, demonstrated creative work, publications, and recognition in the field. Hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida Medical License or equivalent. Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Cardiovascular Sciences. Preferred Qualifications:

Fellowship training in cardio-oncology, certification from the International Cardio-Oncology Society, or related interests. Experience in teaching, outpatient practice leadership, or clinical research. Level II certification in Echocardiography preferred. Expertise in adult non-invasive heart disease assessment, including surface and trans-esophageal echocardiography, and stress testing. Experience with exercise testing, ECG interpretation, and ICU consultation. Working at USF

Administrative Duties:

Complete clinical obligations, including charting and patient follow-up. Clinical Duties:

Inpatient and outpatient care at Moffitt Cancer Center and USF Health. Participate in general cardiology consults, non-invasive procedures, EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiography if certified. Engage in teaching and mentoring of students, residents, and fellows. Perform patient exams, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and conduct screenings. Other Duties:

Report to a Chair or appropriate administrator. Engage in teaching, research, service, and administrative activities. Provide academic advising and serve on committees as appropriate.
