Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Assembler, you will engage in various assembly and sub-assembly tasks, contributing to our dedication to high-quality production.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare for assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gather necessary parts and tools.
• Precisely position parts and subassemblies by following templates or taking measurements.
• Assemble components, ensuring connections fit correctly, and secure parts together.
• Participate in the creation of prototypes and special assembly projects outside standard production hours.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace by adhering to company regulations.
• Use resources effectively to achieve job outcomes efficiently.
• Support team dynamics by mentoring co-workers in basic assembly tasks as needed.
• Inspect your work to guarantee it meets production and quality standards before transferring it to the next operation.
• Record activities by completing necessary production and quality documentation.

We Are Looking For:

• A High School diploma, GED, or suitable combination of work experience and skills.
• Preferably 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to safely operate small hand tools and power tools.
• Capability to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Material.
• Basic computer skills.
• The ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Medium to Heavy Physical Demands, as classified by the US Department of Labor.
• Lifting: Up to 75 pounds occasionally (with assistance), up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Carrying: Up to 40 pounds occasionally (up to 25 feet).
• Posture: Continuous standing and walking; frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting.
• Frequent hand/power tool use; may require two-person tasks with assistive devices.

Compensation and Benefits:
