At Home Instead, we help seniors live safely and independently in their homes—and we couldn’t do it without an amazing team behind the scenes. We’re looking for a rockstar HR Coordinator who’s passionate about people, thrives on making things happen, and wants to grow into a leadership role.

Location: Home Instead – Akron & Medina, OH

Pay: $45,000-$55,000 (Full-Time + Benefits)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard our Care Pros
• Manage the applicant pipeline and keep things moving
• Run training sessions (new hire, ongoing, annual—you name it)
• Keep training materials fresh and effective
• Conduct performance check-ins and coaching conversations
• Collaborate with the scheduling team to match clients and Care Pros
• Jump into the on-call rotation (on-call duties may be paid)

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of HR and recruiting experience (required)
• A true passion for people and helping others grow
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Able to juggle tasks, solve problems, and stay composed under pressure
• Self-motivated, driven, and reliable
• Ability to perform pre-employment, background, and drug screening
• STNA or healthcare experience is a bonus
