We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our sales team at our San Francisco headquarters. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through the buying journey, and showcasing how Swiftlane transforms building access. You'll work with qualified inbound leads, conduct demos, uncover customer needs, and help bring new communities onto our platform. This is a consultative sales role that requires strong communication skills, curiosity, and a passion for helping people solve real-world problems with innovative technology. Responsibilities include: Manage the full sales cycle: from initial conversation to closing the deal Handle a pipeline of 75–100 active opportunities Respond to inbound leads and run consultative discovery calls Deliver engaging product demos that highlight Swiftlane’s value Understand each prospect's operational challenges and tailor the solution to their needs Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth implementation and long-term satisfaction Accurately track activity and pipeline progress in CRM tools Requirements: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals Strong communication and listening skills – you ask great questions and truly understand customer needs Experience in SMB or Mid-Market sales Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Bonus: Experience selling into property management or proptech solutions Key Traits & Skills: Empathetic and service-oriented approach to selling Natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills Confident and charismatic—people trust and enjoy working with you Strategic thinker who can tailor conversations based on customer needs Committed to growth and constantly improving your craft Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy office setting Perks & Benefits: Stock options – be part of Swiftlane’s long-term success Unlimited paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role Daily collaboration with the founding team and early employees Work in a high-impact, mission-driven company reshaping the real estate industry
