We are seeking a Level 2/3 IT Network Support Technician to join our team. This role is fully on-site and ideal for a skilled IT professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, providing excellent client service, and collaborating closely with colleagues in a fast-paced MSP environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as an escalation point for advanced support issues across servers, networks, and cybersecurity systems.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and virtualization platforms.
Manage network equipment (switches, firewalls, routers, wireless).
Support and maintain backup/disaster recovery systems (Datto, Axcient).
Assist with project implementations: server migrations, network upgrades, Microsoft 365 deployments, cybersecurity rollouts.
Provide on-site technical support directly to clients, ensuring SLA adherence.
Document systems, procedures, and client environments.
Requirements
3–5+ years of IT support in an MSP or multi-client environment.
Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy.
Strong Microsoft 365 admin skills (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
Proficiency with networking concepts (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, IPS).
Experience with VMware/Hyper-V and Datto/Axcient BDRs.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (SentinelOne, ThreatLocker, Blackpoint Cyber).
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE.
