In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation program, driving planning, execution, and delivery. Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and met. Oversee program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations, IT, vendors) to ensure smooth adoption and integration. Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage resolution. Ensure system configuration and processes align with business needs and compliance standards. Drive change management, training, and user adoption strategies. Who You Are: 10+ years of experience in program/project management with ERP implementations. Strong preference for experience with Model N ERP or other revenue management/ERP platforms. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, and operations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives. PMP, Agile, or other project/program management certifications a plus. A strategic leader who can bridge business and technology effectively. Someone with a hands-on approach who can manage details while keeping sight of the bigger picture. A collaborative partner able to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
