Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Kforce Inc is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst in Miami, FL. The role involves supporting financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. Responsibilities : The FP&A Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, develop projections, and provide insights that drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining financial models to assess profitability, expenses, and revenue trends Conducting forecasting and scenario analysis to support short- and long-term business planning Assisting in the budgeting process, providing detailed projections based on company goals Analyzing key financial metrics and delivering reports to senior leadership Evaluating market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic decision-making Working closely with accounting, operations, and executive teams to improve financial processes Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business 3-5 years of FP&A experience Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (preferred) Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills The pay range for this role is $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr.
