What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify and qualify opportunities for existing clients and new prospects, aligning solutions with client initiatives
Demonstrate and present HealthStream Learning & Performance solutions to key stakeholders
Lead the RFP process and support proposal development and pricing strategy
Negotiate and close business agreements, ensuring a smooth transition to implementation
Manage territory planning and pipeline updates in the CRM system, supporting sales strategy formulation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related area
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in competitive environments, preferably in healthcare
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading and supervising team members within a sales territory
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex instructions
Familiarity with healthcare trends related to Learning & Performance
Demonstrated ability to challenge clients to think differently about their strategic initiatives
