Overview

Account Relations Representative at Corebridge Financial. This role ensures complete and accurate onboarding and commission payouts to agencies, IMO/BGAs, and NMOs, and serves as the main focal point for top-tier customers when escalated issues arise. It also provides exceptional support for our Distribution Partners, Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments. Responsibilities

Work with IMO/BGA/NMO to be the reliable point of contact when issues arise and take ownership to resolve the situation to the customer’s satisfaction. Build strong relationships with IMO and communicate feedback to leadership regarding service, product quality, and related matters. Foster strong working relationships with Sales and Distribution teams and serve as the main contact for assigned distribution channels to encourage collaboration and timely issue resolution. Identify and resolve issues across organizational boundaries and remove obstacles that hinder performance. Act as the key contact for Distribution and Sales regarding questions, concerns, and escalated issues across Licensing, Contracting, Underwriting, New Business, and Customer Service. Maintain open communication channels with sales teams and distribution partners to keep all parties informed. Host relationship calls and educate IMO/BGA/NMOs and back-office staff on best practices and issue resolutions. Participate in KOP meetings and conferences as needed. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more areas of focus and contribute to complex LC&C projects. Demonstrate a holistic understanding of Licensing, Contracting, and Commissions, along with product knowledge. Coach and mentor colleagues to strengthen team knowledge and skill sets; proactively review processes for efficiencies and improvements. Apply discretion and judgment in reviewing requests while balancing controls and relationship management. Handle special requests promptly to maintain strong relationships. Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school (foundation degree, diploma). Finance industry knowledge. Strong customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Access/Excel knowledge preferred. Excellent problem solving, thinking, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation skills. Work Location
