This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies Maintain compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal financial policies Support budgeting and forecasting activities Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices Assist with tax filings, payroll, and other financial duties as required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 4+ years of accounting experience (public and/or corporate) Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial databases Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Attributes
CPA or CMA certification Experience in healthcare, med-tech, or manufacturing Familiarity with ERP systems and financial modeling Benefits
Each Ourly consultant received 120 hours of accrued PTO along with a 401K plan with a 3% company contribution.
