Responsibilities

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and review variance analyses, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions Oversee inventory accounting, including counts, revaluations, reserves, and work order closeout Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, transfers, disposals, and periodic verifications Coordinate AFE preparation and reviews, support payback calculations, and track approvals Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting policies Prepare forecasts and participate in annual operating and capital budgets Partner with plant and purchasing teams to manage AP matching and GRIR clearing Support intercompany AP/AR activity and monthly balancing Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA license (or MS Accounting) is required 6-10+ years of progressive accounting or public accounting audit experience Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations Proven ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities Effective leadership and cross-functional communication skills Advanced Excel proficiency required; ERP experience (SAP or similar) preferred
