What you'll do
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures and documentation.
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns; consult with others to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; support training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
Foster a respectful, inclusive environment and build high-performing teams that feel valued and connected.
Build collaborative relationships, communicate with impact, and motivate others.
Attract and retain talent; empower and develop team members; recognize contributions.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Manager; Bachelors in Business or Logistics.
