AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Responsibilities
Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines (varies by state). Offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles; provide access to brokered products from multiple carriers to meet member needs. Develop and manage a sustainable agency business, including compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Collaborate with AAA recruiters and resources to recruit licensed staff, manage finances, and develop business plans. Compensation and Benefits
100% incentive-based compensation with competitive new-business and renewal commissions, plus bonus programs to support growth. Start-Up Bonus, Marketing Reimbursement, and other programs are available. Complementary lead programs linked to AAA membership databases. Qualifications
20+ years of Insurance Industry experience; Agency Recruiter; License in 14 states (resident & non-resident). Proven experience building and growing a multi-line insurance agency; strong business development, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to invest capital to start and sustain the agency; self-motivated and results-driven.
