Overview
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will be responsible for successfully managing assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication with our team, clients, and collaborators. This role includes providing on-site supervision, in-office support, and all necessary assistance to Stoneworks’ clients until projects are completed and delivered on schedule.
The Project Manager will have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to oversee projects from inception through completion.
This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
Bonus The Project Manager will have in-depth knowledge of stone materials and custom fabrication processes, with a proven track record of guiding clients through design, material selection, and execution phases.
Responsibilities
Constant learning by working closely with the CEO and team members.
Generate take-offs per architectural plans and field dimensions.
On-site project supervision and quality control.
Evaluate project progress to ensure scope of work is on schedule and within budget.
Effectively maintain costs and complete projects at the established profitability rates.
Maintain a high level of communication with team members, clients, workers and vendors.
Assist clients with inquiries about ongoing projects, effectively communicating with the office team to assure prompt and relevant solutions and answers.
Maintain and update the construction schedule.
Maintain orderly documentation of all purchases and payments to subcontractors.
Create project budgets and analyze construction documents and drawings, and forecast any possible field problems; recognize discrepancies between construction documents and field conditions.
Generate AutoCAD shop drawings and 3D renderings for client approval of surface layouts, architectural stone pieces, or any other design detail as needed.
Ensure timeliness of all submittals and shop drawings.
Effectively communicate all site-specific information from projects to applicable parties.
Produce detailed daily project reports including written progress, troubleshooting, punch list, and visual documentation (progress photos, issues, completion).
Represent the company in any product, service or project presentation.

Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.

Strong business etiquette and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and Excel.
Knowledge of stone materials, custom fabrication, and installation techniques.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, project management, or construction-related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and construction preferred.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods at job sites and fabrication shops — heavy duty environment.
Ability to visit job sites and fabrication shops as needed.
A vehicle and valid driver license is required for site visits and client meetings.
Base Salary & Benefits $65,000 – $75,000 Yearly.
Bonus payment structure is based on KPI’s / performance.
