Gardiner & Theobald is recruiting new Procurement Consultants/Managers for projects within the Interiors industry. The successful candidate will work within multi-sector teams, support procurement activities, and have opportunities to work on integral projects and programs while developing leadership skills on projects and within the team. The ideal candidate will be client-focused and experienced in a consultancy environment on similar projects. About the Candidate

Key Responsibilities

Confidently manage multiple projects and deliver excellent outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, risks, and opportunities; recommend delivery models, routes to market, and contracting strategies aligned with client goals and industry standards Engage with the market to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; feed insights to the client organization Identify areas for improvement or innovation and share best practices Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels Have experience in a consultancy environment or knowledge of the consultancy model Ability to manage others, delegate tasks, meet deadlines, and keep projects on time and on budget Maintain client focus, foster close relationships, resolve issues, and deliver a world-class service Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Finance, or related field 10+ years of experience leading procurements of complex construction projects from early market engagement to contract award 3+ years of experience leading teams RICS certification preferred Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Suite Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Physical Requirements

Working 4-5 days at the client’s office within Manhattan Core Competencies
