Gardiner & Theobald Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a confidential, high-profile hospitality development located within driving distance of Milwaukee. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day management of the project—working with the client, design consultants, and contractors to ensure successful execution across all phases. While this role is focused on the successful delivery of the project, it also aligns with our broader interest in building a long-term presence in Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest. As our Chicago office continues to expand, we see growing opportunity in the region across hospitality, data center, manufacturing, and residential sectors. Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle of the project from preconstruction through delivery Lead coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors Maintain project schedule, budget, procurement, and quality control Oversee reporting, documentation, and permitting activities Ensure delivery aligns with G&T’s commitment to precision and client-first service Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in project management, with relevant hospitality or commercial project exposure Strong communication, coordination, and technical skills Familiarity with construction delivery in the Midwest a plus Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Entrepreneurial mindset welcome Why Join Us?
