As an
Operations Analyst , you will play a vital role on SunVest’s Operations team, ensuring the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. The Operations team engages in all phases of the project life cycle, from mid-stage development to commissioning and long-term operations and maintenance, with a focus on safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality. You will join a team of Operations Analysts who assist the following teams: Engineering Team with site layouts and preliminary designs Pre-Construction Team with project cost estimates, permitting, and project tracking Construction Team with construction management, submittals, requests for information, and site visits Asset Management Team with site monitoring, performance testing, and dispatching maintenance technicians Operations Leadership Team with tracking Key Performance Indicators This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in a dynamic and sustainability-focused industry What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field from an ABET-accredited program (or equivalent work experience) Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset for process improvements Collaboration:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders Project Management:
Outstanding organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion:
