What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee the design, execution, and governance of incentive compensation plans, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate goals
Serve as the escalation point for field inquiries related to reporting, compensation, and analytics
Analyze sales performance trends to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights
Design and deliver standard and ad hoc reports leveraging various data sources in collaboration with Business Operations
Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training focused on Sales Operations tools and reporting platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required; advanced business degree is a plus
Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical Sales Operations experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements
Experience managing Incentive Compensation, Reporting and Analytics, Targeting, and Call Planning
Familiarity with pharmaceutical syndicated data (i.e., IQVIA, Symphony Health)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, SQL, AWS, Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik
Experience in a start-up environment
Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and planning skills
