Position Overview We are strategic partners invested in shared outcomes who create lifetime customer value across addressable media. You will be responsible for delivering and developing successful media programs through addressable planning and total path optimization across all addressable channels. Provide guidance on audience strategies, optimization approaches, and campaign architecture, and serve as a key lead in expanding relationships and/or revenue opportunities with marketers. Develops and provides key reports on all aspects of reporting necessary to deliver performance on a campaign. Responsibilities
Accountable for the performance, development and results of a small client account or across multiple accounts; leads account decisions, budget spending, and staffing Buil ds relationships with mid to senior level stakeholders at clients; builds capabilities and serves as customer relationship manager Approves vendor selections and scopes; oversees the team meeting with vendors; brings own expertise to vendor selection Partner with the Campaign Manager to ensure relevant strategies are implemented and campaigns meet/exceed client goals Leads design of reporting dashboards and develops presentations to ensure results are clearly communicated. Owns accuracy of all reporting Develops long-term solutions for clients including custom data management solutions and data solutions Required Skills and Experience
Proven track-record of successfully seeking out and curating new business relationships and/or solutions; developing solutions using new or existing processes Knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions, including platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or clients Experience building team leadership qualities and soft skills needed to manage up/down/laterally Experience working with and approving vendor selections and scopes and expertise in vendor selection Experience ensuring departmental standards & process are customized to fit the specific needs of assigned clients and are implemented across all campaigns Substantial experience designing reporting dashboards with ability to lead others in this work; strong presentation abilities to ensure results are clearly communicated Intermediate knowledge and skills in data analysis Confident collaborating with others and creating an environment to welcome others\' ideas Experience with Project / Account Management Advanced communication skills; clear and succinct communication KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree Desired Skills and Experience
Advanced ability to anticipate, recognize and clearly define problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions Experience with managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally Proven ability to assess and rank issues and tasks in order of importance for taking action Intermediate/advanced knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions, including platforms We See You

The salary range for this position is posted below, and actual pay will depend on factors such as market considerations, budget, tenure, experience, and qualifications.
