You lead by example in customer interactions, team motivation, and business decisions. You are responsible for: Recruiting and developing your team Managing budgets and sales targets Creating a positive customer and staff environment Assessing performance and seeking growth opportunities Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Experience: Exceed sales goals and ensure a welcoming, inclusive customer experience Educate on brand values and community engagement Increase product knowledge and recommend products Develop and execute business plans to improve KPIs Team Leadership: Coach and develop your team, create development plans Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) Address performance concerns empathetically and constructively Recruit diverse talent and support career growth Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards Manage stock, inventory, and merchandising Optimize scheduling and staff wellbeing Qualifications: Required: 3-5 years retail management experience Strong HR skills: hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution, performance management Excellent communication and listening skills Analytical and critical thinking skills Organizational and time management skills Customer service, supervisory, and sales skills Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethics Flexible availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service Proven ability to develop and train staff Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and adaptable to other systems Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages At Lush, we foster an inclusive culture and support equal opportunity employment for all applicants, regardless of characteristics protected by law.
