$80,156.
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
This is an on-campus position with some hybrid/remote work schedule flexibility. The Director of Enrollment Management Communications (EMC) is responsible for the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive communication and marketing plan across the enrollment life cycle that supports the University goals of recruitment, retention and graduation. Duties include oversight of the design, development, implementation, and assessment of a comprehensive plan across all platforms (digital, print, web, video, etc.). The Director will drive and inform a comprehensive communication strategy beyond the Division of Enrollment Management, serving as the divisions chief liaison with the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM), college communicators, Student Life and Student Success. Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree A minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience is required, including at least three (3) years of experience in the following area: communications, marketing, or public relations. Experience in higher education or related industry in which a comprehensive communication plan contributed to organizational goals. Demonstrated experience in relationship building, personnel management, and the use of data driven decision making for planning and strategy development. Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM). Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree Experience with communication practices and experience working with and in higher education arenas with knowledge of enrollment and admissions practices. Experience using enterprise databases, web-based content management systems, and supervision experience – particularly admissions policies and procedures and data analysis. Experience in higher education in an area related to enrollment services such as admissions, financial aid, recruitment and/or marketing, development, or alumni relations is preferred. Benefits
