The General Store Manager (GM) is responsible for the management of the ongoing day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer services and store appearance. Maximize store profitability by managing controllable expenses, optimizing all revenue streams, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Provide overall direction and support for the team; monitor and assess individual work; provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities; participate in hiring decisions. Ensure store safety, service, and operational efficiency by adhering to policies and procedures; implement improvement actions and manage safety programs. Lead change initiatives, champion programs, and ensure they are executed as designed and sustained. Meet or exceed key performance targets; manage inventory, cash handling, and investigations of shortages/overages within defined thresholds. Review financial reports, manage labor and scheduling, and optimize resources through effective budgeting and planning. Build relationships with the community and partners to connect the store with its surroundings. Provide guidance and support for staffing to meet guest and business demands of a 24/7 operation; identify hiring needs proactively. Foster an inclusive store atmosphere and promote a productive, engaged team environment; celebrate associates and support their development against performance standards. Ensure a positive shopping experience; respond to guest inquiries and feedback; implement action plans to meet guest expectations. Qualifications

Must be available to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekends, and holidays. Leadership experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environments preferred. Experience selecting, training, and managing staff; experience with labor allocation, scheduling, and managing expenses. Experience coaching and developing team members through effective leadership. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed; mobility requirements include reaching, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; applicants must be at least 18 years old; 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $58,000 to $60,000 per year; final offer based on skills and experience; subject to change with market factors.
