Job Description:
Pay Range: $50.17hr - $55.17hr Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Policy Consolidation Specialist to support the review, consolidation, and development of policies across multiple guides and resources. This role is responsible for identifying redundancies, gaps, and conflicts in existing documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing, editing, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, concise, and accessible policy language. Review, consolidate, and standardize policy content from various sources to ensure consistency and eliminate duplication. Conduct gap analysis to identify missing, outdated, or conflicting policy elements across existing manuals and guides. Draft, edit, and format policy content using plain language principles and established documentation standards. Research and interpret applicable regulatory rules, ensuring alignment of policies with compliance obligations. Collaborate with compliance, governance, and business teams to ensure policy accuracy and regulatory adherence. Support the development of governance frameworks and documentation standards for policy updates and ongoing manual maintenance. Maintain version control, document traceability, and structured workflows to ensure effective policy management. Provide recommendations for process improvements in policy governance, documentation, and consolidation practices. Manage multiple priorities independently while delivering accurate and timely updates. Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in policy review, consolidation, or documentation management. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accessible content. Experience working in financial services, compliance, or regulatory environments. Client license or willingness to be fingerprinted, as required. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Ideal Qualifications
Familiarity with governance process development and workflow documentation standards. Experience in identifying, researching, and interpreting regulatory rules and compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve content conflicts and gaps. Understanding of policy lifecycle management and governance frameworks. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize complex information logically.
