Job Summary Join a high-impact initiative to consolidate and streamline enterprise compliance policies into a single, user-friendly
Compliance and Supervision Manual . The
Compliance Consultant
will work closely with the Compliance Education, Policy, and Agency Relations team to lead efforts in
policy integration ,
gap analysis ,
governance design , and
regulatory alignment .
Key Responsibilities
Review and consolidate content from multiple manuals and guides
Eliminate redundant or conflicting procedures and policies
Identify policy gaps and propose resolutions
Develop clear, accessible content aligned with organizational formatting standards
Support governance process creation for ongoing manual updates
Align manual content with current regulatory rules and standards
Required Experience
Demonstrated ability to consolidate policy documentation
Strong
technical writing and editing
skills for clarity and accessibility
Ability to analyze and resolve policy conflicts or gaps
Familiarity with
financial services or regulatory environments
Must be eligible for fingerprinting or client licensing
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience with
governance framework
design and documentation
Skills in researching and mapping
regulatory requirements
Background in compliance audit or enterprise risk roles
Required Skills
Compliance policy consolidation
Gap analysis and procedural consistency
Clear and concise technical writing
Regulatory research and interpretation
Independent task management and prioritization
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with documentation governance processes
Stakeholder communication and alignment
Understanding of industry regulatory bodies and rules (FINRA, SEC, etc.)
Additional Skills
Ability to work within complex corporate environments
Detail-oriented and structured documentation approach
