ServiceNow Implementation Consultant (SAM Pro & HAM)
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to implement and integrate Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. Leverage agentic AI to enhance automation and decision-making in asset management processes.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure SAM Pro and HAM in ServiceNow.
Assess and optimize asset management processes using agentic AI for automation.
Configure license compliance, reclamation, and lifecycle tracking.
Integrate with discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF) and normalize asset data.
Build workflows, reports, dashboards, and SAM publisher packs.
Use agentic AI to automate software reclamation and hardware lifecycle tracking.
Document processes and train internal teams.
Collaborate with IT, procurement, and compliance stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on ServiceNow experience with SAM Pro and/or HAM.
Knowledge of software licensing, discovery tools, and IT asset lifecycle.
Experience with integrations (SCCM, JAMF, Tanium, Flexera, or Snow).
Familiarity with CMDB and data models.
ServiceNow certifications (CIS SAM, CIS HAM, ITAM, or ITSM) preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, ITOM, and integration hubs.
Familiarity with agentic AI applications in ITAM/ITSM.
