full GAAP compliance starting January 1 . Systems are in place what’s needed now is a controller who lives for spotless books, crisp month-ends, and audit-ready statements. You’ll be the guardian of accounting integrity and a leader who turns technical excellence into strategic credibility. The Role and What You’ll Own Own month-end close: general ledger, trial balances, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and multi-entity consolidations. Produce timely, accurate

GAAP financial statements

(P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) at both entity and consolidated levels. Standardize and run shared-services accounting across multiple entities. Drive audit readiness and manage external auditor relationships end-to-end. Design, strengthen, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies. Partner with operations and manufacturing to ensure correct cost allocations and product profitability reporting. Provide treasury support and maintain cash-flow visibility and controls. Coach, mentor, and elevate the accounting team across U.S. and international subsidiaries. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;

CPA strongly preferred. 8+ years

progressive accounting experience and launched in public accounting (Big 4 or top regional) and progressed into corporate controllership. Deep technical mastery of

U.S. GAAP , consolidations, trial balances, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Proven experience in

shared services, manufacturing, or distribution

environments (allocations and cost flows must be familiar territory). Comfortable with multi-entity, international structures - Brazil experience is a plus. Meticulous, process-driven, and passionate about clean, audit-ready financials. Portuguese language skills are a bonus, not required.
