Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases. Manage class action and complex employment law disputes. Provide counsel on wage laws, leave laws (FMLA, ADA), policy development, compliance training, and workplace investigations. Handle administrative charges and pre-litigation disputes. Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and compliance documents. Qualifications
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation. Strong knowledge of California employment laws and regulations. Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Demonstrated ability to provide practical guidance to employers. Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing. Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between
$150,000 – $210,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
