Overview
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to support our growing automation projects. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying custom software solutions that integrate with industrial equipment, controls, and large-scale conveyor systems. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications that interface with industrial control systems Integrate software solutions with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and conveyor systems Collaborate with controls engineers and project teams to define requirements and deliver turnkey automation solutions Participate in system design reviews and provide input on software/automation integration Support commissioning and testing of control systems at customer sites Document software solutions, test procedures, and maintenance requirements Provide ongoing support for deployed systems, both remotely and on-site Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for performance optimization and innovation Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 3+ years of experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL) development, ideally within an industrial automation environment Strong understanding of software integration with hardware (PLCs, HMIs, industrial devices) Experience with database-driven applications and data collection systems Familiarity with control system platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) preferred Ability to travel to customer sites for installs, commissioning, and support (20–40%) Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Valid driver’s license required Nice-to-Haves
