SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Project Manager — Remote Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple SAP SuccessFactors Payroll projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets. Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to define project scope, deliverables, and manage risks. Oversee project progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure project objectives are met. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Azure DevOps for project tracking and management. Possess comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and EC Payroll. Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with HRIS and company systems within the SAP ecosystem. Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure data quality and accuracy. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including technical teams and executives. Manage stakeholder expectations and drive user adoption through change management. Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative project environment. Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and challenges. Preferred to be located in or willing to relocate to Princeton, NJ for close collaboration with the project team. Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on HRIS or cloud-based implementations. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in SAP HR or Payroll systems, preferably SuccessFactors EC Payroll. Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner. Experience with large-scale HRIS implementations in global enterprises a plus. Insurance industry experience preferred but not required. Employment type
