Overview : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
to lead end-to-end implementations of
HRIS solutions , with a strong focus on
SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll . This role requires expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and HR technology transformation, ideally within the
insurance domain . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, and track execution effectively. Apply
Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
based on project needs. Oversee resource allocation, budget utilization, and risk management. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors EC Payroll and related modules. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely issue resolution. Drive
change management and user adoption
through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Prepare regular project reports, dashboards, and updates for executive leadership. Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience
managing large-scale HRIS or cloud-based software implementations, preferably with
SuccessFactors EC Payroll . Strong knowledge of
project management methodologies
(Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Expertise in
planning, execution, budget & resource management, and risk control . Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent
stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills . Experience with
Azure DevOps
for project tracking is preferred. Familiarity with
insurance industry processes and compliance
is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities effectively. Why Join Us?
