Infrastructure Systems Engineer
to support our client's onsite operations in Westlake, TX. This position is part of an elite team ensuring this location remains a top-tier facility for leadership development, learning, and hospitality. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Windows Server infrastructure, Microsoft applications, and data center operations. Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint services, ensuring availability and performance. Support VMware ESXi virtualization, storage (HPE 3Par or similar), and backup solutions. Handle patch management, security hardening, and OS/application upgrades. Assist with network-related tasks including switch configuration, VLANs, and basic firewall changes (in coordination with senior network engineers). Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution for server, application, and infrastructure issues. Assist in physical data center activities (hardware installs, cabling, rack/stack). Collaborate with teams on technology refreshes, infrastructure enhancements, and process improvements. Provide after-hours support for critical updates or deployments as needed (with flexibility on weekday schedules). Environment

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field 3–7 years of experience supporting Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and enterprise Microsoft applications Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware preferred) and storage systems Familiarity with network fundamentals (VLANs, TCP/IP, basic switch configuration) Proficient with Microsoft 365 and cloud-integrated services Solid troubleshooting and incident management skills Ability to work onsite full-time in Westlake, TX Preferred
MCSA/MCSE, Azure, or VMware certifications Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation Exposure to data center operations and hardware deployments Basic knowledge of Cisco network equipment Experience supporting hospitality applications (Infor HMS, Sales & Catering, Jamf MDM, InfoValue) Why Join Us?
