We are seeking a
Senior Accounting Manager
to join a growing team responsible for the accounting and reporting functions of the management companies. This role will play a key part in quarterly close, consolidated reporting, expense allocation, and delivering insights to leadership. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial reporting professional looking for strong growth potential and exposure across the business. Core Responsibilities
Manage accounting responsibilities within the quarterly close cycle Perform detailed monthly reviews of P&L activity by business unit Oversee expense codes and allocation rules Manage expense allocation close process, including analysis and methodology review Lead consolidated quarterly financial reporting, including financial statements and reconciliations Review fee-related items (management fees, offsets, specialized services) Oversee the employee allocations process Maintain and improve internal controls and business processes Collaborate with Fund Accounting, IT, Operations, Compliance, FP&A, Tax, and AP What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 7-10 years of financial reporting and analysis experience Strong accounting knowledge (GAAP and Statutory principles) CPA strongly preferred Public accounting background, Big 4 is ideal Prior experience in management company accounting or alternative investments is a plus Strong Excel, G/L, and reporting system experience Does this role sound like the type of challenge you’ve been waiting for?
