Accounting Manager
to join a growing team responsible for the accounting and reporting functions. What Makes This Role Exciting
Work schedule: Hybrid flexibility with 2 full weeks remote during the summer Pay: Competitive pay, including annual bonus up to $170K High-Impact Work: Lead quarterly financial reporting, P&L analysis, and expense allocation Collaborative Environment: Partner across multiple departments - Fund Accounting, IT, Operations, Compliance, Tax, Financial Planning & Strategy Growth & Visibility: Present results to leadership and take ownership of projects that shape the business What You’ll Own
Manage the quarterly close cycle and detailed monthly P&L reviews Oversee expense allocation, employee allocations, and fee-related items Prepare consolidated financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations Develop efficient internal controls, streamline processes, and identify best practices Lead special projects and provide analysis for senior leadership What We’re Looking For
5-8 years of financial reporting & analysis experience Strong accounting knowledge of GAAP and statutory principles CPA or equivalent certification is a plus Public accounting experience required Alternative investment or management company accounting experience preferred Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Job Details
