We are seeking a seasoned and strategic
VP / Senior Director of Project Finance
to lead the financial planning, modeling, and analytical efforts for the New Terminal One project. This executive role will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy across development, financing, and early operations. Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of project finance transactions, including origination, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and financial close for large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the airport sector. Develop and review complex financial models to support investment decisions, risk assessments, and capital structuring. Ensure models are robust, dynamic, and aligned with market standards and investor expectations. Design and implement financial strategies for public-private partnership (P3) projects, including risk allocation, payment mechanisms, government interface, and long-term financial sustainability. Engage with private equity sponsors, institutional investors, lenders, and development banks to secure financing. Lead negotiations on term sheets, credit agreements, and equity arrangements. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with legal, technical, commercial, and operational teams to align financial strategy with project delivery. Provide financial leadership in bid teams, investment committees, and stakeholder presentations. Monitor financial performance of active projects, including compliance with covenants, budget adherence and return metrics. Recommend corrective actions and strategic adjustments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred. Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, VBA, Power BI, or equivalent platforms). Experience working with government agencies, airport authorities, and international investors. Familiarity with ESG considerations and sustainable finance in infrastructure. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in financial modeling and infrastructure finance, with a focus on large-scale projects such as airports, transportation, or energy.
