We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Payroll Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across the U.S. and Canada, while supporting initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. Your Impact Own and support end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of salaries, wages, commissions, stock, and bonuses. Validate payroll computations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Payroll Processing Manage complex payroll matters, including multi-state and multi-jurisdiction tax withholding, garnishments, and year-end reporting. Partner on quarterly and annual audits and prepare prior quarter adjustments/amendments as needed. Compliance & Audit Stay current on federal, state, provincial, and local tax regulations to ensure full payroll compliance. Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and alignment across departments. Collaboration & Communication Provide timely, accurate responses to employee payroll inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes for greater accuracy and efficiency. Continuous Improvement Leverage industry best practices to enhance payroll operations and ensure scalability. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent payroll experience. Proven success in a payroll-focused role. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Experience with multi-state payroll; California payroll expertise strongly preferred. Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Workday HCM and Microsoft Office Suite.
