We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will drive critical accounting functions, support month-end close processes, produce accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, advanced SAP proficiency, and exceptional Excel skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams to maintain financial precision. Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee general ledger operations, ensuring accurate transaction classification and thorough account analysis. Prepare detailed financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage intercompany transactions, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (US GAAP or IFRS). Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in consumer goods or high-volume data environments. Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. Seniority level
