Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) – 6-9 month training position in Minneapolis, MN covering St. Paul & St. Cloud including North Dakota. After graduation, promoted to Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) to provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP lab staff on BWI’s systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO System, associated software modules and RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography. Under limited supervision, and in accordance with all applicable laws and Johnson & Johnson guidelines, the ACAS will: Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program without exception. Engage with internal and external partners to formulate solutions based on training. Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including physicians, nurses and technicians, and administrators. Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment. Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions. Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail. Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication across the local team and support teams. Follow all health, safety, environmental practices and ensure resources are available. Adhere to all company regulations, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree required by hire date OR a minimum of 2 years of related professional experience with an Associate’s degree OR a minimum of 1 year of EP mapping experience with an Associate’s degree OR graduate from an accredited program or industry prep with focus on EP with Bachelor’s degree OR exiting a branch of US military with an Associate’s degree Priority given to candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cardiac Function & Interventional Technology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Informatics/Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Physics, Technical Design, Driver’s license, ability to travel up to 40% overnight, advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and imaging, and EP technology. Additional requirements: A valid US driver’s license; willingness to travel; relocation to the identified sales area after training; no visa sponsorship for ACAS role. EOE and Hiring Process
