Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a passion for transforming businesses through data-driven insights and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with data capabilities, driving the success of analytics and AI initiatives by deeply understanding client contexts, mapping user journeys, and guiding data discovery with a strong business lens. Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Consultative Analysis: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. Understand client goals, industry challenges, and competitive context. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and clarify requirements. Develop a strong grasp of client business processes, KPIs, and pain points. Identify AI/analytics use cases aligned with business priorities. Business Process & User Persona Mapping: Analyze end-to-end business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Map user personas and user journeys to inform solution design and data needs. Document as-is and to-be process models for AI/Analytics implementations. Data Profiling & Discovery: Collaborate with data engineering teams to explore and profile data sources. Interpret raw data structures from a business perspective to assess completeness, reliability, and relevance. Translate data profiling insights into actionable recommendations for business modeling and AI readiness. Solution Scoping & Functional Specification: Draft functional requirements, wireframes, and solution scopes that align with user needs. Help shape MVP definitions and success metrics in collaboration with product and tech teams. Contribute to the creation of solution roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones. Stakeholder Communication & Change Management: Prepare client-facing documentation, presentations, and demos. Support stakeholder alignment and communication plans for AI/analytics rollouts. Provide training support and change management guidance to ensure adoption. ISMS Good knowledge of Information practices. Assist the manager in all the information security activities, implementation, and maintenance processes. Ensuring the team and imparted with competence related to Information security. Responsible for the implementation of security policies and procedures and reporting any issues to the Information Security Manager. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably in data/AI projects. Demonstrated ability to understand complex business environments and translate them into data-oriented solutions. Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and performance drivers. Experience working on AI/ML projects in areas such as customer analytics, finance, supply chain, or operations. Exposure to Agile project delivery and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence. Excellent documentation and communication skillsboth verbal and written. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with analytics tools (e. g., Power BI, Tableau) and databases (SQL, Excel, or similar) is a plus Experience with data profiling tools or techniques (e. g., pandas profiling, data dictionaries) is a plus Certification in business analysis or product management (e. g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
