Develop and maintain actuarial models for Universal Life and Traditional Life products Validate and test model changes to ensure accuracy and reliability Lead modeling initiatives to support evolving business needs Analyze data to construct and maintain Actuarial, Projection & Valuation Models Perform financial reporting and analysis, including pricing and implementation of products What is Required
Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field ASA designation and active enrollment in the Actuarial Development Program 3-5 years of actuarial experience, focusing on Life or similar financial product modeling Proficiency in actuarial software and Microsoft Office products Strong understanding of actuarial business functions and statistical methods of analysis How to Stand Out
Experience with Life Insurance products Advanced knowledge of Moody’s AXIS and Milliman Integrate or MG-ALFA Programming experience in Python and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI Strong modeling skills specific to Traditional Life, Term, Whole Life, and Universal Life models We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
