ProSidian Seeks a Senior Level Financial Analyst | Financial Analyst [COC0041040] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC. Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking Senior Level Financial Analyst candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Financial Analyst. ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Responsibilities

Senior Level Financial Analyst responsibilities for Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) and Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Analyze complex financial data and trends. Advise on investment strategies and risk management. Prepare and present high-level reports. Qualifications

7+ years in financial consulting or senior analysis. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred. Skills: Strategic analysis, forecasting, presentation skills. Competencies: Leadership, critical thinking, decision-making. Ancillary: May lead financial transformation projects; advises on mergers, acquisitions, or large contracts.
