As a Relationship Banker you serve as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. This role involves providing tailored solutions for banking, lending and investment products while delivering exceptional customer service. Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling services, resolve issues, and educate them on digital banking tools. Collaborate with team members to drive branch sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the bank. Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross-selling various banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively prospect for new clients through internal and outbound interactions such as networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management and community engagement. Meet the financial needs of customers to include transactional, servicing, and product requirements. Ensure an elevated customer experience, delivering personalized, seamless, and attentive service. Foster customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions. Engage customers through digital platforms to enhance interactions and educate them on self-service options. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and fraud defense. Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and drive overall performance. Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations based on business necessity. What You Bring

High school diploma, GED or equivalent education; preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. 3+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment or 12+ Months in Retail Banking sales or related role with proven success. 12+ Months Demonstrated successful Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role (if applicable). 12+ Months Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Established relationship-building skills with a focus on customer experience and loyalty; excellent communication and consultative skills. Proficient in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures; ability to identify and escalate risk concerns. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. Certifications
