Defend employers in workers’ compensation claims, including hearings, arbitrations, and trials Prepare and argue dispositive motions, mediations, and settlements to resolve matters efficiently Provide strategic client counseling on risk management and claim defense strategies Manage all phases of litigation from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial Collaborate with partners, clients, and colleagues on case management and strategy Qualifications
J.D. and licensed to practice in Indiana 2+ years of workers’ compensation experience Benefits
